For more than 40 years, I have worked in the health and wellness industry. I owned and operated one of the largest health clubs in San Francisco for over 15 years. We combined a wide range of healing modalities; western medicine, alternative therapies, fitness approaches, recovery tools, and wellness technologies. Over decades of working with thousands of people on their health journeys, I saw one truth again and again: when the body is properly supported, it has an extraordinary ability to change, heal, strengthen, and thrive.

Throughout my career, I explored countless medical, wellness, and cosmetic technologies in search of solutions that truly helped people feel better in their bodies — not only physically, but energetically and emotionally as well. I wanted treatments that were effective, scientifically grounded, and deeply supportive of the body rather than aggressive toward it.
